Tottie Goldsmith is truly a sweetheart and one of the most compassionate people I know. Her career spans more than three decades of television, movies, and music. Not only is she an incredibly talented lady, she is also passionate about self care, mental health, and healthy living. I was honoured to have the chance to sit and talk with her about life, her career, and how she has been able to maintain a positive mental health and outlook during these past few months of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are truly in different times, the likes of which none of us have ever experienced. Everyone, globally, has been faced with almost an overnight change in our daily routines, the way in which we experience our relationships, and most definitely the reality of living life differently. For some, the ability to maintain a positive mental outlook on life has proven more difficult. Tottie, not unfamiliar with feelings of anxiety and depression, talks about how she overcomes her own feelings of insecurity, inadequacy, and most importantly how she is able to maintain a positive mental health.
